Hey! I’m Tess

I’m a Level 7 Degree-qualified massage, oncology and lymphatic therapist with over 20 years of experience in Ōtautahi Christchurch, and I also spent a decade as a personal trainer. I’m a bit of a muscular, nervous system, lymphatic, and scar enthusiast, and my aim is simple: to reduce discomfort, support recovery, and help you move with ease and confidence in your body.

Treatment is always guided by what your body needs, whether we’re working through rehabilitation, easing persistent tension, or helping your nervous system settle.

Outside of work, I love getting into the mountains, attempting home renovations, learning something new, or planning my next adventure.
